Once you've placed an order with us you agree to the following terms and conditions. We value the relationship with your continued custom and it is for us of utmost importance that your rights are respected and that your confidence in us as a customer can get and keep. However, there are some areas where we want to alert you.
Time of Delivery
Payment via iDEAL, we usually have orders, ordered before 15:00 today, home tomorrow. We guarantee the delivery of our products within 1-2 days after payment of the order. This means that if you pay today, or your payment is approved today, your product will normally be delivered the next working day. We cannot guarantee delivery times because TNT does not either. You should also remember that TNT does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping address
We ask you for your address and telephone number. If these are not correct, we can not guarantee delivery on time. We will charge the extra costs for sending to a wrong address and then resend it to correct one.
Payment
We have chosen for the fastest and easiest way to pay: iDeal. This method of paying is integrated with your internet banking. You can also choose to pick up the product at the store and pay by cash or pin.
Returns & Exchange
We give you the opportunity to return ordered items AT YOUR OWN (shipping) COST if you are unhappy with the size or quality of the article. You can exchange the ordered article for another article, but we will charge the shipping of this article. Provided the error
is on our side, we will return your money. A return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the article. A returned item must meet the following requirements:
- not worn or used - original tickets still need to be attached to the article
- the article is sent in the original packaging and original packaging must in turn be well packaged
- a copy of the invoice should be attached to the product
For us, service is very important. We are not satisfied until you're satisfied. If the unexpected happens that you buy something you really do have a different expectation of, exchange is no problem or your money back.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items or for only a portion of the amount already paid to credit where it is suspected that the product has been opened, or used by your debt (other than Tori-Jo Fashion or the supplier of the article) is damaged. For complaints / damages after wearing or use of the article, you wrote to us to include.
Quality
Our products are extensively reviewed and checked for quality before we send the product. If unfortunately you still encounter a problem with a product within 3 days, please contact customerservice@tori-jo.nl. The product will initially be replaced, but if it is no longer stocked the purchase amount will be refunded to your account. We accept no liability after an article is worn or washed. For us, service is very important. We are not satisfied until you're satisfied. If the unexpected happens that you buy something you really do have a different expectation of, exchange is no problem or your money back.
Right of change
Tori-Jo Fashion reserves the right to change these terms and the contents of its website to change, without the customer in a personal and without informing the latter is entitled to compensation. The customer will result in itself should check whether any changes are to come.
