If a product is out of stock, will it become available again?
If a product is sold out it will probably not return. The exception to this rule is the exclusives.
These are sometimes reproduced, but due to the availability of most branded products, these are not purchased again.
Product care
How I keep my t-shirt in good condition?
Note that each shirt is 100% cotton and they are very likely to shrink a little bit.
Therefore, preferably wash your shirt was the first time cold, inside out and separately. Or wash by hand!
Delivery
My address is wrong in the confirmation email
If this happened to you, please send an email as soon as possible with the order number and the correct address to us. Note that once you have received an email that the item is shipped, it is "too late" and we will have to wait until it comes back. The costs for resending are in this case for the customer.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Within 1 working day after your order is approved (once payment is received), the product will be shipped. However, we depend on TNT for the delivery, and they normally deliver within 1 or 2 working days.
Do you deliver during the weekend?
We send everything by TNT postal services, and they also deliver packages on Saturdays.
Do you deliver during holidays?
This depends on the TNT by which our products are sent. They do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
I want to exchange my product
I received the wrong product
In this case, you can obviously exchange the product without extra costs.
I have not looked at the size and the product doesn't fit
In this case we ask you to pay the extra shipping costs (is not much).
The product is fine, but I still want something else
In this case you need to pay for the extra shipping costs. Send the product to Tori-Jo Fashion and please send an email to our customerservice@tori-jo.nl to tell us which product you would like to receive instead.

How can I pay?
iDeal (only within the Netherlands) is familiar, safe and easy. Your payment will be processed immediately and reported back to us. (For more information: www.ideal.nl).
And you can always pick up the package at the store and pay cash or by pin.
What if something goes wrong?
When Tori-Jo Fashion makes the error
You will receive a refund, or the product will be shipped.

Do all prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices on the website include VAT.
